Meet the doctor
Paul Kwon, DDS
Dr. Kwon was born in South Korea and raised in Canada, giving him bilingual fluency in English and Korean. Dr. Kwon's journey in dentistry began during his undergraduate studies, where he had the opportunity to work with oral pathologists on several research projects focused on oral diseases. This experience deepened his understanding of oral health and instilled a passion for providing evidence-based care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kwon loves spending time with his wife, Rachel, who is a violinist. They enjoy listening to classical music and going to orchestra concerts. Dr. Kwon also has a passion for exploring the scenic beauty of the Smoky Mountains through hiking, while capturing memorable moments with his drone. His enthusiasm extends to sports, where he enjoys watching football, basketball, baseball, and European football. Additionally, he finds joy in building intricate LEGO sets, indulging his creative side.
